be sure to mark the envelope "DO NOT BEND"
and affix postage (in most cases $0.83). You will be notified
when we receive your order. If necessary, we will answer any
questions and discuss any design ideas at this time.
During
the rainy season, we recommend putting invitations and announcements
in ziploc bags to protect them from outside moisture.

We will be happy to assist you in creating a unique and personalized
gift for any occasion.
Please
allow up to 4 weeks for the completion of individual plates
and platters. Wedding and Corporate Package completion times
vary. We have outlined these times on each individual Wedding
Package page.
All
orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and take from 2-6 business
days to reach their final destination. For orders shipped to
destinations outside of the continental United States, please
note there will be an additional charge. We will contact you
with the extra cost before beginning work on your order. jenniferMAC is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated
with the shipment.
