Please
be sure to mark the envelope "DO NOT BEND"
and affix postage (in most cases $0.83). You will be notified
by telephone or email when we receive your order. If necessary,
we will answer any questions and discuss any design ideas at
this time.
During
the rainy season, we recommend putting invitations and announcements
in ziploc bags to protect them from outside moisture.

DELIVERY
Please
allow up to 4 weeks for the completion of individual plates and
platters. Wedding and Corporate Package completion times vary.
We have outlined these times on each individual Wedding
Package page.
All
orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and take from 2-6 business
days to reach their final destination. For orders shipped to
destinations outside of the continental United States, please
note there will be an additional charge. We will contact you
with the extra cost before beginning work on your order. jenniferMAC is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated
with the shipment.

ENHANCEMENTS
If
you can dream it, we can do it. (In most cases...)
Include
envelope lining if you would like us to use it as an enhancement
in the background - we will either use the original paper or
find a suitable paper sample. If we are unable to find a sample,
we'll let you know.
Include
color swatches with your invitation plate if would like us to
match a specific color - though this is not necessary if you
simply want us to match the font color on an invitation or announcement.

jenniferMAC accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express
credit card payments. We also accept cashiers checks
and money orders.

TAX
Our
studio is located in Oakland, California. We do not charge sales
tax for orders shipped to destinations outside of California.
Sales tax for orders shipped within California is 8.75%.

CARE
OF PLATES
Though
fully functional, all of our plates are hand-wash only.
We recommend using a damp cloth to clean plates. Under no circumstances
should plates be soaked.

RETURNS
& EXCHANGES
We
are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our
products. However, if you are not satisfied with any product,
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to
initiate an exchange. We will work with you to ensure that the
final product is to your liking. Please return products in original
form and packaging.
Due
to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to issue
refunds.
In
the unlikely case that we can not create the product you envision,
we will issue credit for another jenniferMAC product.

PRODUCTS

the event that your package arrives damaged, please alert your
carrier of the damage prior to opening and then contact us at

to schedule a new delivery. If you do not notice any damage
to the outside box but your inside product is damaged, please
